I was browsing PetSugar this morning and saw that there is going to be a new reality show on Animal Planet based on cats! Titled Housecat Housecall, the show will follow three vets, Dr. Katrina, Dr. Debra Horwitz and Dr. Stacy Fuchino, as they visit homes of pet parents in need of suggestions and advice on their kitty dilemmas. If you go to the show’s website you can take a sneak peak with Dr. Katrina and meet a few of the cats that you’ll see in the series. They tackle issues such as not eating, relationships with children and cats ruling the nest, just to name a few. The website also features veterinary bios, as well as a great resource where you can ask your cat care questions and get expert answers.

How did a cat lover like me not know about this until now?! But it looks like I found out just in time because the first show premieres this Saturday, June 7^th at 9am. You can also catch it again on Sundays at 7am. The show looks like it will be educational and entertaining. Plus, who can resist watching the cute kitties!
